Season one revisited part two.
*Heavy sigh* I haz run out of Primeval episodes to watch. Well, until the new series starts next month, anyway. It's been a fun re-watch, and I'm glad I waited as long as I did for it. It was almost like seeing it for the first time. Episode six tonight, and it's a real beauty. Clever little plot resolutions, new plot threads, and lots of nice monster action. Hurrah! So here's the potted history of episode six, in shiny pictures, and in a hurry, 'cause the trip switch is all in a flutter.

Lions! (In a zoo, sadly).
Elephants!
Big bad future beastie!
Big bad future beastie's babies!
A gorgonopsid!
(And a fabulous fight between the gorgonopsid and the big bad future beastie, but I suck at capping fights).
Big bad future beastie's babies escaping into the past!
So I guess if they're going to breed, as a race they must be seriously inbred.
Evil bitch queen bombshell!
Super time-baffled boffins! And Lester.
Out of control FX!
Yeah, now would be a good time to move, Cutter...
So there's episode six, or bits of it. And now for series two, roughly this time next month. Hurrah! With Claudia somehow wiped out of time, and Helen the witch-bitch hopefully still running around the place being evil. And more beasties (and a mammoth, apparently). Interesting seeds of Claudia's disappearance being sowed in episode six. I wonder if it's part of some bigger plot. Also, given her importance in the pteranodon episode, I wonder how their memories have re-written that one. 'Cause it was far too much fun to have been written out of history too. Big pteranodon! Even more gratuitous underwear than usual! Stephen with a big gun!
Make them forget Claudia, sure. But don't make them forget episode five. That would just be mean.
